Naci is the Chief Scientist and founder of eteration a.s. He is an object mentor and an educator. Naci is the founder of ObjectLearn and in 2000 wrote ObjectWeb Lomboz™, an Open Source Software for JavaEE development. He is an active contributor to open source, the ObjectWeb Consortium and the Eclipse Foundation.

Prior to eteration, Naci was with BEA Systems Inc. and The Object People as the Managing Director of Professional Services. With a strong foundation in Applied Engineering and Computational Physics, Naci received his Ph.D. from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He is a member of the faculty at Sabanci University where he teaches object technologies, web development and distributed computing.

eteration is a member of the ObjectWeb Consortium and a member of the Eclispe Web Tools Platform Project (WTP), Project Management Committee. Naci is a member of the WTP PMC, representing ObjectWeb, and leads the Eclipse Java Standard Tools subproject. eteration is also a provider of tools, developer resources and server infrastructures to WTP project and contributes source training tools and courseware to the Eclipse Community Education Project (ECESIS).

Esma got her BS from the Mathematical Engineering Program of Science and Letters Faculty of Istanbul Technical University. Her MS degree is in System Analysis Program of the Science and Technology Institute of the same university. Her PhD is in Computational Science and Engineering Program of the Informatics Institute of the same university.

Esma has 21 years professional educator in various platforms and applications, 20+ years overall software development experience in various domains of industrial, scientific and business applications including diverse programming languages and tools. She has been involved enterprise software development using Java, JavaEE and SOA technologies for over 15+ years. She has experience in analysis, development, project management processes of re-engineering and migration projects. She has sharp experience in finance industry especially in credit card projects in analysis, development aspect from user interfaces to backend.

Esma worked as a lecturer at Işık University for 3 years

Esma has been working as a lecturer at Özyeğin University for 2 years.

Erdem Seherler is a Professional who has Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University, and Master Of Business Certification from Koç University. He is also PMI certified PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP(PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner) and Scrum Alliance certified CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).

He has worked with different roles in his business life i.e. Business Development Director, PMO Manager, Instructor, Professional Services Group Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, Account Manager, Team Leader, Consultant, Business Analyst, Requirement Analyst, Business Development Specialist, Software Developer.

Erdem is also instructing Software Project Management at Işık University since 2017.

Murat has completed Computer Engineering program at İzmir Institute Of Technology. During his education he was a part of the team who developes University Information System.

Murat has 15+ years overall Enterprise Java development experience in various domains such as Banking, Finance, Telecommunication and E-goverment.

He is also DCA(Docker Certified Associate) certified consultant focused on cloud technologies.

He has involved many projects as Team/Project Leader and currently works as Mentor and Instructor at Eteration A.Ş.

Kerem is a Front-end Developer and Instructor who has graduated from Bahçeşehir University as a Software Developer and Computer Education and Instructional Technologies (CEIT) Teacher. He always likes to be in design and educational processes because of that he chose CEIT.

After graduate, he become front-end developer. Aside from programming, he has over 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX.

He has involved many projects as a team member/leader and currently works as Front-end Developer and Instructor at Eteration A.Ş.

Deniz is a fresh graduate of Bilkent University Electrical&Electronics Engineering Department. Despite his strong incline in electronics, he decided to be a cross-functional engineer by joining Eteration to achieve enterprise-level software skills and knowledge. Lucky for him, Eteration is becoming a place that carries out serious R&D projects where he, with an experienced team, is able to pursue his cross-disciplinary activities that involve both electronics and software development. He is also volunteered to be an active member of Eteration Academy, acknowledging the value of instructing in both his and others’ professional evolution process.
